

That! Stuffed Spinach Manicotti
Ingredients:
- 1 box of manicotti shells
- 1 container of ricotta cheese
- 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of Jimmy That seasoning
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the manicotti shells according to the instructions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, and 2 teaspoons of Jimmy That seasoning.
- Spoon the mixture into the manicotti shells and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed manicotti shells and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
