That! Stuffed Spinach Manicotti

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of manicotti shells
  • 1 container of ricotta cheese
  • 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of Jimmy That seasoning
  • 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to the instructions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, and 2 teaspoons of Jimmy That seasoning.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the manicotti shells and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed manicotti shells and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy the Jimmy That twist on a classic dish!
