That! Chicken Parm Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Jimmy That! seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with Jimmy That! seasoning, then coat in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice the hoagie rolls in half and toast them in the oven for a few minutes.
- Place a chicken breast on each roll and serve hot.
