That! Chicken Parm Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Jimmy That! seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Jimmy That! seasoning, then coat in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice the hoagie rolls in half and toast them in the oven for a few minutes.
  7. Place a chicken breast on each roll and serve hot.
