That! Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Jimmy That seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the celery and carrots and cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the chicken broth, bay leaf, and Jimmy That seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and egg noodles and simmer until the noodles are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
